Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose

It was close to the JR station and bus station, with plenty of restaurants/cafe nearby.

There were a lot of bugs, and we had to catch them so we don't get bit.

The Japanese style design and the amount of space and amenities like teas and coffee,etc

Good hotel for a night before the flight. Standard amenities, clean. Located right across the bust stop to the airport.

The breakfast & clean facilities. Elevator worked excellent!. Nice amenities downstairs & beds were comfortable.Very quiet, close to train station, close to 7/11!No traffic noise.

The location of the hotel is nice. It's not far from a station and there are two convenient stores nearby. It was also near Aeon which is around 10 minutes walk. It's nice to stay here if you consider the distance/commute to the airport.Staffs are also very friendly.

The room is a bit small for two people. I wish there are more space. There is an ice machine, but no bucket provided in the room. Also, even the room looks clean, I found an insect inside.

Relatively close to station and mall. Had a decent sized carpark behind. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Breakfast taste was slightly lacking.

We stayed at this hotel overnight for convenient early morning transfer to the New Chitose Airport. The staff were very helpful by organizing a taxi for our airport transfer. The breakfast smorgasbord was good quality.

We booked an overnight stay in a room with twin beds and it was spacious enough to arrange our luggage and move around without any difficulties. Also, the hotel provides 1 English TV channel for foreigner guests staying in the hotel.

The room is spacious for 4 people and it is super clean. The staffs are nice and helpful. The location is convenient, not far from the new Chitose airport. 7-11 and Aeon are nearby.

Really nice hotel for the price. Conveniently located near the airport for arrival and departures. Clean, comfortable, with an 11am checkout as standard. Will definitely stay here from now on.

They didnt have place to unloaded infront if the building.

Perfect for what we needed. An overnight accommodation close to the airport. Good selection of places to eat and great 7elevan next door and bakery across the street.

Fairly close to airport, 2 convenience stores nearby and also a couple of restaurants. Close to bus stop. Breakfast buffet had many choices.

Cooked breakfast dishes were cold - not appetising because they were not kept warm. The room was very very small and bed was against the wall. We were not able to get a taxi to the airport- if this is typical then they should have advised us to prebook.

Staff was helpful. Not far from train station and shopping Mall. Good space in the room. Beds are comfortable.

coin washing machine (wash & dry ) was not efficient. Took us more than 2 hours to dry our clothes.
